The agreement between you and Easy PM when you create an account or buy a course.

By creating an account, buying a course, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and our Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You must give accurate details when you register, and verify your email address before you can sign in.
Your account is personal to you. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for what happens under it, so tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
We may suspend an account that is being shared, used to redistribute our material, or used in a way that harms the platform or other students.
Prices are shown on the course page and may differ by country. The price you see at checkout, in the currency shown there, is the price you pay.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your enrolment is granted once Stripe confirms the payment, which is usually immediate.
A course bundle gives you every course listed on its page, for the bundle's own access period. If a bundle and one of the courses inside it are both in your cart, you are charged only for the bundle.
Each course grants access for a fixed period, shown on the course page. The countdown starts when you activate the course, not when you buy it.
A course being removed from our catalogue does not end an access period you have already paid for.
A certificate of attendance is issued for a course from your profile, once you have saved the name you want printed on it.
Where a course sets a pass mark, you must reach it in that course's exam before the certificate can be issued. Where no pass mark is set, enrolment is enough.
Certificates remain available and printable from your account permanently, including after the course itself is retired from the catalogue.
The name printed on the certificate is the one you gave us. It cannot be changed once saved, so please check it before you save it.
The courses, videos, exam questions, slides and written material on this platform belong to Easy PM or to our licensors.
You may use them for your own study. You may not download, record, copy, resell, publish or share them, or use them to teach others, without our written permission.
Sharing an account or redistributing material ends your access without a refund, and we may pursue it further.
Practice exams and question banks are preparation material. They are not the PMI examination, and passing them does not guarantee any result in an official exam.
Do not attempt to manipulate exam timing, answers or results. Attempts to do so may end your access.
PMI, PMP and PMBOK are trademarks of the Project Management Institute. We are not affiliated with PMI unless stated otherwise on a specific course page.
You can rate and review a course you have bought. Reviews are shown publicly on the course page, with your name if you choose to show it.
Keep reviews about the course. We may remove a review that is abusive, false, or discloses someone else's personal information.
Suggestions you send us may be used to improve our courses without any obligation on our part.
We may photograph and film our live training sessions and publish the results.
This only happens with your agreement, which we ask for separately and which is never a condition of taking a course. You can withdraw it at any time from your profile, and ask us to take down a picture that has already been published. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting failures and third-party outages can interrupt access.
Where an outage meaningfully shortens your access period, contact us and we will extend it.
We provide training material and support. We do not guarantee any particular exam result, certification or career outcome.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the course concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell you by email where a change is significant.
Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute.
